Consent in Ontario Sex-Education Curriculum

The new curriculum for Ontario’s health and physical education curriculum will include healthy relationships and consent.

Premier Kathleen Wynne has requested the inclusion of these topics, and the curriculum is due to be released in two months!

While the curriculum itself will show how this will be implemented, it is heartening to see the necessary steps being taken for young people to be properly educated on the role of consent in healthy relationships.
