Quick Access Counselling
Focused support when you need it.
Quick Access Counselling is a free, single-session counselling service for survivors of sexual violence of all genders, aged 16 and older, including survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Appointments are typically available within approximately two weeks, depending on counsellor availability.
The service provides a dedicated space to talk with a trauma-informed counsellor about one concern, situation, or goal that feels important to you right now. Together, you and your counsellor will identify what would be most helpful to focus on during the session and explore strategies, resources, or next steps.
You do not need to have everything figured out before your appointment, and you do not need to commit to ongoing counselling. Quick Access Counselling may be helpful if you are looking for timely support with a specific concern, need support while waiting for ongoing counselling, or are unsure whether longer-term counselling is right for you.
Appointments are up to 60 minutes and may be available in person, virtually, or by telephone.
